Exchange and return policy
Exchange or return is only allowed for products purchased from the store. The exchange or return request must be submitted within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Product replacement
- 1. Submit a replacement request by contacting customer service and presenting the purchase invoice.
- 2. A policy will be issued to withdraw the product from the store.
- 3.After we receive and check the product, we will send the replacement product within 5 working days.
Product Returns
- 1. Submit a replacement request by contacting customer service and presenting the purchase invoice.
- 2. A policy will be issued to withdraw the product from the store.
- 3.After we receive and check the product, the amount will be refunded.
Exceptions
Non-returnable products:
Products that have been used or do not match the original shipping condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Damage:
- If the product has been damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Shipping costs
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or exchanging products, unless there is an error on the part of the store.
Refund
- If the customer requests a refund, the transfer takes 5 to 7 working days.
